It can be connected to the central heating as the only means of heating or, if you would like to have an additional method to warm it when the central heating is off, you can choose a dual-fuel kit. We have 2 dual-fuel options: the standard kit uses a 600w electric heating element that can be activated to warm the rail when the central heating is off, and the smart thermostatic kit does the same with a 600w heating element. The difference is that the smart thermostatic kit also enables you to adjust the temperature for an optimum experience.
