This towel rail can be fitted with a standard dual-fuel kit, which incorporates a 500w electric heating element, or a smart thermostatic dual-fuel kit which includes controls to adjust the temperature its 300w heating element warms to. Dual-fuel is great for efficiency because the additional heating element can warm the rail without the need to activate your entire central heating system.
