Alternatively, you can choose a dual-fuel kit to be able to warm the towel rail without having to activate the central heating. The standard dual-fuel kit incorporates a 600w electric heating element, and the smart thermostatic dual-fuel kit has a heating element that runs at 600w. The smart thermostatic kit also delivers the advantage of being able to modify the temperature the rail warms to for the best possible experience.
